1. Shipping Scope
We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong warehouse. However, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot deliver to the following:
- PO boxes (physical addresses only).
- Countries/regions under trade sanctions (updated quarterly; see our Terms & Conditions for the latest list).
2. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+8) on weekdays (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You can choose to:
- Ship in-stock items immediately and backorder the rest (multiple shipments at no extra cost).
- Hold the entire order until all items are in stock (one consolidated shipment).

* Free shipping for international orders over US$150 (excluding bulky items).
4. Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service type.
- Import duties/taxes: These are the buyer’s responsibility (DDU terms). You may be charged by customs upon delivery—check your local regulations before ordering.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at:
- Hong Kong/Local: SF Express
- International: FedEx or DHL
6. Issues & Exceptions
- Delays: Allow 1–2 extra days for customs clearance or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll either reship or refund (subject to carrier investigation).
- Address Changes: Notify us immediately—we can’t modify addresses once an order is shipped.
7. Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations: Request within 2 hours of ordering (we process orders quickly!).
- Returns: We accept unused items in original packaging within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
