  • Set static IP out of the DHCP range and attention on the RSSI signal. Make sure that you do not have smart features enabled on your router and you are using the best wi-fi channel suitable for you. Contact the support for further troubleshooting.

  • Shelly Pro 4PM (96x53x59 ±0.02 mm) is DIN-mountable inside the breaker box. Check the wiring diagram in our User & Safety Guide for further wiring instructions and avoid connecting different phase/voltage to the device, as this will harm it.

  • Shelly Pro 4PM is a single phase, 4-channel relay switch, supporting up to 16A per channel (total capacity of 40 A) at 110 - 240 V.

  • For a reliable connection, your WiFi signal should display levels lower than -67. Improve it by optimizing your router placement and avoiding obstacles that may interfere with it. Updating router's firmware and using range extenders might also help.
